ENTRIES WILL CLOSE ON FRIDAY 16 OCTOBER 2009

NO LATE ENTRIES - there is no exception to this rule. In 2008, a number of competitors attempted to submit their entries well after the closing date - these entries cannot, and will not, be accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your entry is in on time. Studio entries are accepted, however the responsibility of entry lodgement is that of the competitor.

Method of Entry
In 2009, we encourage you to submit your Entry via our preferred method which is Online. This method gives you an instant confirmation via the website, and email, that your entry has been submitted. Further, it enables us to cut down the papertrail to a more efficient process for Australia's largest Dancesport Championship.

• When you submit your entry, an automated Confirmation Email is sent to your email address
• Upon submitting your entry via the website, you will see your name automatically listed under the ‘Confirmed Website Entries’
• If you submit your entry via the website, there is no need to enter via Post/Fax also!

Submit your entry today. If you are unsure as to whether you will dance, we still advise you to lodge an entry. You can always withdraw your entry but you cannot lodge a late entry.

Confirmed Entry List
Whilst there will be a running list on the website showing the Confirmed Website Entries, a complete list of all confirmed entries will be available on the website after 9 November, 2009. This will include ALL entries submitted via Online, Post, Fax.
